If your unit is managed by Oxford Real
Estate, Inc., and you have a general maintenance request, please
enter your information below. You must be very specific with your
request, i.e. exact location and the exact nature of your problem.
A maintenance specialist will respond to your request within 24
hours, Monday through Friday.
If you require general maintenance on a weekend
or holiday, you may use this system or contact the Clubhouse office
at 513-523-7571, leave a message,
and someone will contact you on the next business day.
Please be advised that your are authorizing
entry to your unit and that your presence is not required for
maintenance work to be completed.
If your unit is Owner
occupied or if you have Leased directly from the Owner, you must
contact your Owner/Landlord for your maintenance request. We cannot
assist you without Owner authorization.
