Pool Rules and Regulations

** No alcohol, or glass containers in pool area

** No intoxicated persons or rowdy behavior in pool area

** Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty); children not permitted in pool unless
accompanied by an adult

** No running on pool deck, NO DIVING INTO POOLS

** Use equipment at your own risk

** Guests of tenants may use facilities only when accompanied by tenant; all rules apply equally to tenants and guests

Clubhouse Rules and Regulations

** No smoking or alcohol in Clubhouse area

** No intoxicated persons or rowdy behavior in Clubhouse area

** Use equipment (i.e. exercise, etc.) at your own risk

** Guests of tenants may use facilities only when accompanied by tenant; all rules apply equally to tenants and guests
